We worked with Christian at the Gurnee location and were very satisfied with his service and knowledge of the sleep number bed. He was helpful getting us familiar with our personal preferences. We received our bed today and very satisfied with Christian as well as our delivery ( Saxton and Aaron). Highly recommend this store!

Went over Labor Day weekend to purchase a bed and it was a great experience. Cristian was BEYOND helpful and really made sure we bought the correct bed. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

I needed my 350 Smart Bed relocated to another room. Jenny from the Gurnee store helped me. She was very helpful and knowledgable,super friendly, and she made it a stress free experience. Great customer service. Thank you, Jenny

Staff is friendly and helpful. We're fans of the beds and have owned SN beds for the past 15+ years. Just upgraded to a new mattress 2 years ago. Today was time for some new pillows, and there's some great options. Got to try out a few and wife and I settled on separate options. Good quality pillows are not cheap, but nothing beats a good nights sleep. :)

EDIT AFTER RESPONSE
It is absurd that a defective base is still exempt from being returned. It literally doesn’t flatten all the way. Also that base is your only option if you buy a split top mattress. So the trial period is total BS since you’re still stuck with a base that costs thousands of dollars if you’re unhappy or something doesn’t work. I’m going to tell everyone I know not to buy from sleep number unless they take the base back and make good on the frustration this has caused my household.

Excellent purchase experience with Chandler and Shannon. They were kind and informative throughout the purchase process.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the policies of this company. DO NOT BUY FROM SLEEP NUMBER. The mattress and base are WAY louder when adjusting compared to the store. Most of the advertised features are not working. I have already spoken with customer service and while they are happy to charge me $250 to pick up the mattress for a return, sales on the bases are final even if they are defective like mine is.
I understand sales being final on a WORKING product, but you should be able to return a defective one.
Now I’m stuck with this base that doesn’t work as advertised. I genuinely don’t know what I’m going to do now. Thanks for nothing, Sleep Number.

Tried the bed. Slept better on my old mattress. When I tried to return it they refused to take it back. Had to get credit card company involved to get my money back. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Me and my wife decided on a sleep number bed to solve our firmness differences in the mattress. We went to the Gurnee Illinois location. The associate named Chandler helped us with all our questions and helped us decide on the perfect bed to fit our needs. He was very friendly and answered all our questions and assured us if we have any problems, to contact him and he'll help us anyway he can. I highly recommend this store, if you're in the market for a new mattress or pillows.

Chandler and Shannon were amazing! We went in with our two girls and while Chandler helped us find the right bed for us, Shannon helped with our girls. Would definitely recommend going to this location! Best service I have ever experienced! We can’t wait for our new bed to arrive!
