U.S. Bank goes out of their way to honor and serve those in the military, with dedicated parking for service members and veterans. The staff is very nice and helpful during each visit.

I use US Bank for some of my business banking needs & often find myself at the Gurnee branch. Thomas is always a delight when I go through the drive-thru! He really brightens my day & I just want to share my appreciation of the fact that he is so warm & friendly. He always greets his people with a smile!

I couldn't pay over the amount of my CC payment. Odd to me. The rep was very nice. I should have opened a checking account! Scratching my head.
