“Banfield Hospital in Gurnee is by far my favorite one! The staff is always pleasant they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Last time I took my dog and the veterinary technician helped me take him to the doctor while I carried my son. This was just simply amazing as a new mom and a dog mom it can become a bit overwhelming. Today I just took my childhood dog and we have been going to banfield for more than 15 years, he never like to come to the vet it was always a battle, the technician was kind enough to take her time and make him feel comfortable.
