“In a day and age where reviews seem to be handed out to companies like so many tickets to the fair, it is a rare thing to behold a reputable company deserving of a 5 star review! Collision Solutions is definitely a company that should get 6 stars, were it possible! When I first brought my car in to get it checked, Hal, showed his wealth of knowledge in dealing with the insurance companies. Hal questioned me as to my policy and showed me where the other guys were just going to install an after-market part on my new 2019 VW Beetle ConvertibleFinal Edition! He assisted in obtaining the correct parts for my car. He questioned the estimate from the other company that I showed him, where they were not going to put OEM parts on my car! He contacted the insurance company and showed them where they were mistakenly swapping out after market parts in stead of OEM and got the correction taken care of immediately!Hal and his crew received my VW Beetle on a Wednesday at 10 am and by Friday it was a completed job! I didn't even have to call for a rental as Hal set everything up before I even got there. Not only did these guys do a fantastic job on the outside, but vacuumed and cleaned the inside as well so that when I received my car back, I was just overjoyed that it looked so absolutely brand new!
