“I wish I can give this place a 6 stars! I came in to have my transmission checked all these time I thought the bad and hard shifting were coming from the transmission and after Ramon diagnosed it, turned out to be the just engine needed couple of ignition coils and new spark plugs it’s basically just needed a tune up, saved me a lot of money!!
Ramon and Fatima were very accommodating and very honest, and pricing are extremely reasonable. I greatly appreciate the HONESTY Ramon showed very experienced and very knowledgeable mechanic!

“I found them in 2018 when my 2004 Honda Pilot needed wheel bearing work done and I have been going ever since. The work they do is top quality, if they make a mistake they'll make it right without any hassle, they are not pushy with up selling, they genuinely listen to customer input on vehicle issues and they're great at customer communications. I honestly thought my 2006 Rav 4 was in much worse shape and was bracing myself for a much bigger bill—but that wasn’t the case at all.
They were incredibly honest and could’ve easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but didn’t. On top of that, Khalid went above and beyond and even took my car in for my emissions test.

“I have ordered 4 exhaust systems, 2 sets of RA Manifolds as well as Suspension components (1 GTO, 2 455HO TAs and 1 Catalina Wagon. Paul was nice enough to let me swap out a 2.5" exhaust he had shipped me for a 3" . He also was unable to ship some sway bars and credited me the difference. After blowing out a tire right in front of their shop after they had already closed for the evening, I left my car in their parking lot, dropped my keys in the overnight box, and was pleasantly surprised to find I could book an appointment online for the very next morning.
Before my appointment, they called me to discuss my options and provided honest, knowledgeable advice. At no point did I feel pressured into buying services or products I didn't need. Instead, they took the time to answer additional questions I had that weren't even related to the tire repair, which I really appreciated.
Their tire prices were fair, and they had some great promotions available. Even though the tires I chose weren't in stock, they were able to get four new tires installed, complete an alignment, and take care of a few additional services—all in the same day.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. Pickup was quick and hassle-free.
This wasn't my first experience with this location, and it certainly won't be my last. They've consistently earned my trust, and I'll continue to support this shop whenever I need service. Highly recommend!”

“This is the best AutoZone I've been to, and I've visited well over two dozen locations during my years as a traveling carpenter.
This store has helped keep my 1997 Honda Accord on the road for years. They consistently have great prices, but more importantly, their customer service is outstanding.
Any time I've needed a warranty replacement, price match, or just had questions about a purchase, I've always felt that the staff gave me the best possible assistance and honest advice.
The experience that made me want to leave this review happened today with Stephen G and Tyler K.
I needed to warranty a part that had failed in a way that admittedly looked unusual. After I explained the situation to Stephen, he brought over the manager, Tyler. Together they handled everything professionally, took care of the warranty without hassle, and even took the time to educate me on what likely caused the failure and similar issues they've seen before.
What really stood out was that they treated me like a valued customer rather than someone they needed to challenge over a warranty claim. A situation that many parts stores would have turned into an argument was handled smoothly, professionally, and with respect.
If you're in the area, the Round Lake AutoZone @ 828 east Rollins Rd. is the parts store to go to. It's by the pep boys.”
