“Michelle is probably the kindest store clerk/cashier I’ve ever met. I came in probably an hour before closing, was shuffling for 30 minutes trying to rush and print pictures for a celebration of life tomorrow. Obviously events like this are unexpected. She was clearly running around and busy already but she gave me a cord to plug in my phone and helped me get all 110 photos I needed printed. She rushed my order for me as well because originally it said it wouldn’t be ready until the next morning when we finally got everything figured out. Michelle is amazing and so kind and compassionate! Especially for me being so last minute and late. Thank you guys so very much.”

“For the 3 months I was there I truly have no complaints. My nurses Leah and Ron were very professional and very compassionate. My CNA’s (certified nursing assistants), Victor, Esmeralda, Cecelia, Angelina, and Rose were outstanding people and showed genuine compassion for their patients. Ceilo-the activities person obviously loves her job (been there over 12 years), calls great bingo and a fun blackjack dealer ALSO helps the CNA’s deliver hot breakfasts in the mornings, knows every patient name AND room numbers is also a great person. Aurila- the lady that cleans my room daily not only does a great job but truly works at getting to know her patients and is very caring. The physical therapists of Maria and Karla led by Samantha helped to change my life for the better and can never thank them enough. The kitchen staff led by Ben provided 3 full meals a day and alternated the selection of soups twice a month. Additionally if you didn’t want something on the menu, there were nine alternate choices. Gomez, one of the primary maintenance workers was extremely attentive to the needs of the patients. All of this happened out of what I truly believe was a GENUINE love for their jobs. Every month there is a resident council meeting that gives everyone that attends opportunities to voice their concerns and follow-up occurs frequently. Maria and Melissa, the Director of Nursing and the Administrator should be very proud of their facility.
What I found consistent from those few patients that complained about the food was that they were fast asleep when the food was delivered and by the time they woke up it was cold! Also, there were alternatives for lunch and dinner where it was impossible to not find something that one could enjoy.
In conclusion, I would recommend my best friend or any loved one to this place HANDS DOWN. Thanks to everyone who helped make my stay a lot shorter than I ever thought possible.”

This Jewel Osco pharmacy not only had my medication in stock, they found a better discount card and saved me an additional $25 on my prescription. I didn't ask them to, they just did it. “I’ve been using Osco Pharmacy in Antioch for at least three years now if not longer. Everyone there has always been super friendly and super helpful with any questions that I have. Convenience wise, another location would probably be better for me now that I’ve moved but I still come here because I really like the staff. I had an issue with insurance and they did everything that they could to help me figure it out and actually were able to make a difference. I’m really appreciative of them, especially during the holiday when I was Expecting to be hitting dead ends with my insurance issue until after Christmas.”

“This is my go to store because it is so close to my home And we have limited options in our area. I like the store ... my only complaint is some of the checkers are very unfriendly and unprofessional while others are fine. I have had several checkers who are younger that don't even recognize the fact that you are even there and seem tortured. I showed a discount card to a girl and I asked if she needed to see it and she said "I see it" then at the end didn't take off the $5 she SAID SHE SAW (in a very rude manner). One other checker adult male is the opposite... so busy talking and trying to be funny the entire time which makes me very uncomfortable. I think this location needs to focus on training the staff a bit more.”

Except, of course, for the sugar free and vegan selections.Then there's food: refrigerated, frozen, packaged, and canned.A helpful employee directed me to the water section. Bottled, canned, distilled, flat, carbonated, and flavored waters are displayed.Be prepared to spend some time here. The displays demand touching.Checking out is fast and easy. Prices are moderate.Easy, free, ADA compatible parking.* Charles R. Walgreen Sr. purchased the grocery-drugstore, on the South Chicago,where he had worked as a pharmacist. “I recently went to Gurnee and I decided to buy some groceries and I ended up in this place. It is my first time at this location of Sam's Club and nothing is really different. The parking is wide and spacious. The store was so busy, but the cleanliness of the whole place was still maintained. I chose this place for my groceries, and the main reason is that they have a great selection of literally everything that I needed. They also have better prices. They have a wide and fresh selection of produce. There are a variety of options for snacks, and my favorites are available. I also went to the liquor section, where I found a wide selection of different liquors, and I could just choose anything I wanted. The 818 drink, which I think is kind of famous now, is also available, and I never tried it, which made me buy one. There are no worries when it comes to the stocks in this place because there are a lot of stocks, or more like unlimited stocks, for everything. I was about to go to the checkout when I felt famished, and the good thing is that there are foods available inside. I bought a hot dog and a brownie sundae, which were definitely delicious. There was a long line at the checkout, but it did not frustrate me a lot after eating some good food before proceeding in there.”

“The pharmacists working try their best to accommodate their customers, they are short staffed. No longer take good rx but offered me a different discount. They could be a bit friendlier but I would go back. Coming from a retail background I understand the daily frustration sometimes. But… one should never reflect it on their customers thus the 4 stars not 5”

I haven't been to this Walgreens in many years, and it was cool to see it is still great.Shout-out to both Eddie and John. I found the Panini World Cup stickers box I was looking for, and even pulled a Lionel Messi in the very first pack I opened.
