CVS is head and shoulders above other pharmacies I have used. Timely notifications and product availability are both excellent. Staff is friendly and professional. They are super responsive to any questions asked. Additionally, I pay less for the same drugs at I used to fill with other pharmacies.

A patient can not call this store and ask a question. In fact a patient can only call and leave a message. They do not return your phone calls. Rude staff, called to talk with pharmacy staff about transferring my families prescriptions from another popular pharmacy to theirs and the woman I talked to was extremely rude and condescending. I informed her that she helped make my decision easy and that I would never be using CVS because of that first interaction.
