Worst place to send ur packages, they never arrive on time if they send them to the right place even. You'll get notified that ur package is ready for pick up and its not even their yet. I understand they are short staffed but its crazy I have problems with every package. Wish I could Zero star bc one is not low enough.

For some reason they keep sending my package back and forth between their office and Franklin Park... Was supposed to be here over a week ago ... Still shows it's going back and forth to those 2 locations a 5th time. Forget getting any help with it either. Shameful service!
