Thank you to Patty! She came out to bring my parents their mail and medicine instead of letting it sit at the post office until after the holiday.
I was still in AZ but my mother met her at the door and told me she was pleasant and apologized for the mistake.

I brought in two different packages to return to sender n the Pretty Blond person ( Clerk #8) was so helpful n kind n found the best means of returning these items n filled out all my paperwork without having me get out of line n doing it myself n loosing my place. She was great, Clerk # 8 your the best.
