He took the time to really listen to what I was trying to accomplish and genuinely cared about finding a solution.
Shortly after, the manager, Shi, stepped in — and together, they went above and beyond to make something work for me. What impressed me the most was not just that they helped, but how they helped: with positivity, creativity, and a true customer-first attitude that I hadn’t experienced at other locations.
Aidan personally assisted me every step of the way, and both him and Shi made me feel like my request truly mattered. Even when I had to come back with a small issue afterward, Shi handled it with the same level of professionalism and kindness, immediately resolving it without hesitation.
It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about customer experience the way they do. Their attitude, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on me.

We can even get construction materials like a ladder and all for rent also. Stffs are very cooperative. Quality of the products are very nice. All type of painting materials available. “Reserved and rented a tiller to make a new garden plot. We always rent from here and haven't run into any issues. Employees are super friendly and helpful! I was talking with one guy about making a new garden bed and he suggested I use mushroom compost. We did and had a great harvest!
Only suggestion is that the website tells customers when equipment reservations begin during peak seasons and when walk in rental end so that people can plan ahead.”

She still took the time to add it under our account at the end so we could buy more if we need it. She is amazing and I don’t know how we would have finished our deck project without her.”

“We shopped around at a few different appliance stores like Costco and ABT, but we ultimately chose to work with Ahmed Mulla at the Best Buy in Bloomingdale, IL store and we couldn’t be happier that we did.
From the start, Ahmed was incredibly attentive, respectful, and very knowledgeable. We were looking to put together a high-value appliance package for our kitchen remodel, and he took the time to help us curate the perfect setup.
When our kitchen design had to change mid-project due to a major mess-up by Builders Outlet in Broadview (a company I definitely do not recommend), Ahmed didn't miss a beat. He stepped right in and made swapping out our cabinet hood completely seamless. Then, about a month after installation, when we hit a snag with our dishwasher, Ahmed was right there again—attentive, fast, and completely focused on finding a quick solution.
This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserves.
