“I Have been a long time customer at Midas in Hanover Park. I've always been pleased with their service. I called one early morning to ask if I could bring in my car for service as the bottom plastic shield under my car was ripped almost completely off the day before. It had been dragging under the car and I needed to drive it a long distance that morning. When I called Renee on the phone about my delemma, he quickly commented that they would see me right away!! When I arrived they took my car into service and quickly repaired and reattached the shield. In 15 minutes my car was restored! I wanted to pay for the repair, but they insisted no charge! I was so very thankful for the guys helping me and generously completing my repair at a moments notice! You guys are fantastic and I will stay a loyal customer! Thank you again for helping me so I could get back on the road and get to my appt. on time!”

“Eric and Andrea provided a great experience for my family and I while we took our 2 cars there. The staff checked us in and Andrea made use that my kids were comfortable and even went as far as to give us some dry erase markers so that the kids could draw on the windows to keep them entertained.We ran in to a problem with the oil filter and a part that looked like it was damaged at another libation on my last oil Change. The store manager who I had spoken to on the phone before I drove over came right out to help. Rather than unnecessarily selling me a new part and labor, he took his time and made a series of adjustments that resolved the problem free of charge. Wow! I was provided with courteous, quality care and would recommend this establishment to anyone.”
