He informed me that he doesn't usually do that but told me to explain my problem and maybe if I could come see him. 30 minutes later he arrived at my house with his worker and in 5 minutes he had started my car. He even worked with me to leave work early so they would have enough time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle rather than rushing through the process.
