He fixed the issue (luckily it was a minor issue) within 3 minutes and sent me on my way at NO CHARGE. Are you kiddin me? Passed emissions test shortly after too. Thank you so much Jeff!!!”

This visit, I brought my new car- 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan, only 8 weeks old. It had a door ding that chipped down to the metal. Jerry had me come in the very next day after I called- I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I even got a little bottle of paint in case I ever want to try to do touch ups in the future. They are always so kind, and genuinely care about your vehicle like it is your own.
As a woman who has gotten varying levels of service when it comes to “car-related things” over the years at other businesses, it is refreshing to have such a consistent, positive experience.

“We were looking for a top rated independent auto repair shop in Schaumburg and we found one! Dan and his crew died a fine job of servicing our 2014 Camry Hybrid and more recently, my 2018 Ram 1500. It seems there is nothing they cannot fix.. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. They completed the assigned tasks in a timely manner and did a fine job. We found our car repair shop!!!!

I came across this shop when our family car had an issue right before memorial Day weekend. CNS was the only spot with availability to look it over. They diagnosed quickly, fixed our immediate issue, and mentioned a minor water pump leak . To be frank, I was skeptical at first.
Months later, I had further issues and called CNS back. I mentioned it might be an issue with their previous repair, and they were happy to look it over and mentioned that they warranty their work.
Still skeptical, I got a second opinion from the manufacturer dealership that confirmed CNS' original diagnoses, but at a significantly higher cost. I ended up taking it back to CNS and then performed a major repair quickly and efficiently.
Their manager, Rich, is as professional and polite as they come. I can't recommend this place enough. Polite, professional, honest and very reasonably priced. Simply our, bring your car here.”
