“Jeff is the man! Came in after failing emissions test, and he took a look at my car for me within a minute of me showing up. He fixed the issue (luckily it was a minor issue) within 3 minutes and sent me on my way at NO CHARGE. Are you kiddin me? Passed emissions test shortly after too. Thank you so much Jeff!!!”

My car broke down while I was traveling through Chicago, and Eric was incredibly knowledgeable—he diagnosed the issue right away. I was under stress due to travel. He showed patience with me throughout the process. He even went out of his way to help drive me to my hotel, which I truly appreciated. If I lived in the Chicago area, I would take all my vehicles to him 100% of the time.”

“Arrived at Patrick MINI's Service area, and we were greeted promptly, and we met with Brad Smith, Service Manager. Once we explained the problem, he explained the diagnostic process and was confident the service personnel would be able to solve the problem. We sat in the waiting room, and after a short wait we actually saw a video of the current status of - and issues with - our Mini. Brad explained in detail the issues and the estimated cost. Although our car was ready later that day, we were leaving for the holiday weekend, and were unable to pick the car up until Tuesday.
Picking the car up, we met with Brad and he explained exactly what was done and the cost. We were very happy to find the car had been washed (including the wheel rims), and was cleaner than it had been in a long time!
We were extremely happy with our visit to Patrick MINI and the maintenance to our car. We are confident our Mini is in tip top shape, and would highly recommend Patrick MINI to anyone.”

“Joe and his employees are incredible. I was in a small collision, but enough for insurance to call it and Joe got me back on the road. He knew my car was my baby, and while realistically not worth it to fix, he still took care of me and treated the car appropriately, I know my car very well and he acknowledged that. He made sure I was informed every step of the way. Things kept coming up in the process and needing a new part or something so it kept getting delayed, but Joe was patient with me and I was with him and the whole process. My car is black and over 20 years old. So very difficult to paint match old paint like that. But they managed to paint match the bumper dang near perfect, I cant even notice. Was very happy with the communication, patience, honesty, and quality of work. Thanks again!”

It was a Saturday morning and the shop was busy, but Joey and his team made time to get my truck up on the lift and look at it right away. This place really seems to put the customer first. It's great to find an honest auto mechanic since I believe most places look to run up the bill on you. Car-X's prices are very competitive too. I couldn't have asked for a better experience there. This visit, I brought my new car- 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan, only 8 weeks old. It had a door ding that chipped down to the metal. Jerry had me come in the very next day after I called- I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I even got a little bottle of paint in case I ever want to try to do touch ups in the future. They are always so kind, and genuinely care about your vehicle like it is your own.
As a woman who has gotten varying levels of service when it comes to “car-related things” over the years at other businesses, it is refreshing to have such a consistent, positive experience.
