“Since my installation of my breathalyzer, I have been treated with very great customer service. I was frustrated today with the people that I rent the breathalyzer from and he was kind enough to explain everything to me. He did the company’s job for them. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and doing a great job with every question asked this was the gentleman behind the counter”

“We could not be happier with our experience at Auto Collision Rebuilders! From beginning to end, their service was truly exceptional. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, and they kept us updated every step of the way. One of the things we appreciated most was how they handled the communication with our insurance company for us. Insurance can be such a stressful and time-consuming part of having a vehicle repaired, so having their team take care of that process made everything so much easier and gave us one less thing to worry about. Our vehicle needed the hood replaced, and when we picked it up, it honestly looked brand new. The repair work was beautiful, and the attention to detail went far beyond what we expected. The car was detailed and spotless, and they even placed protective plastic and paper mats inside to make sure our interior and floor mats stayed clean. Those small touches really showed how much care they put into their work and their customers’ vehicles. They made the entire process incredibly smooth, got us in and out without any hassle, and even had our vehicle finished a full day earlier than expected! It is rare to find a business that combines excellent workmanship with such great customer service and communication. Thank you to the entire Auto Collision Rebuilders team for taking such great care of us and our vehicle. We truly appreciate everything you did and would absolutely recommend you to anyone needing collision repair. You made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely effortless!”

“Great windshield replacement, but a few useful suggestions for the team! I recently had my windshield replaced here, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the installation. The team did a highly professional job, and the new glass looks perfect. I’m giving them 5 stars for the technical work, but I have three constructive suggestions to make their service even better: 1. Provide realistic time estimates: Please give customers more accurate timelines for the job. When a promised 1 hour and 15 minutes turns into a wait of nearly 3 hours, it completely disrupts your plans for the day. It’s much better to be transparent about the actual time required from the start. 2. Warn customers about old wiper blades: It would be incredibly helpful if the shop explicitly warned clients before they drive off that using old, worn-out wiper blades on a brand-new windshield can easily scratch the fresh glass. A quick heads-up would be a fantastic addition to your customer care. 3. Customer service: It would be great if Hannah could be a bit more friendly and welcoming when communicating with customers. A warmer, more positive attitude at the front desk would make the overall experience absolutely flawless. Thank you for the quality install! Highly recommend Windshield Pros Inc for their technical expertise.”

“I was referred to use their services from a lifelong friend. Installers are friendly, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and very clean. Jesse and Orlando took attention to provide phenomenal service, customer care, and made sure to clean up spotlessly - they are assets to the organization. The office personnel is friendly and proficient at scheduling, they accommodated my timing - exceeding expectations. Will continue to utilize their services when needed. I will be a lifetime client moving forward. 10 Stars.”

“I came to Fox Valley Glass after a rock suddenly hit my car's windshield while driving on the highway a few months ago. Fox Valley has professional staff that were helpful from start to finish. Fox Valley was transparent on their fees and how the auto insurance claim process worked early on. It was easy to turn my car in and they replaced my windshield within a couple of hours. They also answered any questions I had throughout the process. Highly recommend!”

“I did not have any actual done here so this is only to speak on my experience with the people of this wonderful shop. I took my car here after an accident and the insurance company had quoted the repair based on pictures and a video only. After getting the car apart, there was significantly more damage than anyone initially thought and the car ended up being totaled by the insurance company. This obviously isn’t great news when it’s a new (to me) car that I’d only made 14 payments on. The staff here were kind and attentive while they walked me through the steps needed. They provided bags to help me clean my belongings out my car and even apologized for the bummer of a situation. I’m very grateful to have interacted with such kind people during a very trying time!!”

“These guys are a well-oiled machine! Frank is easy to work with and straightforward. I had a small crack repair in the fall. My son just suffered a large crack necessitating a windshield replacement on a drive up from the southeast. Had to get it replaced before he turned around to head back, and that was done with 2 days notice. The two man team that replaced the window were quite clearly proficient and efficient. After they left, the second team arrived to calibrate the lane departure sensors, also a knowledgeable and competent team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again, and I trust them!”

“I reached out to rainbow about a glass table top for a wood buffet table, and they did an amazing job! Since the buffet table was a weird shape, they sent someone out to do a custom pattern. They cut the glass and then brought it back and installed it with little circular rounds so it wouldn’t slide around. The whole process took about a week, and everyone I encountered was professional and incredibly nice! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for custom work in in the future”

“About a year ago, my wife had a screw in the middle of her tire. Two different places on Irving Park Road told her she needed a replacement. I told her to go to come here It was unscrewed didn’t even need to be plugged. They didn’t even charge her. I searched everywhere for a trailer tire a couple months ago. Everyone said a week to get the Tire they had it the next day. I just brought my truck in for a large spike in my tire. They patched your repaired it without charging me. I tipped them 20 bucks This is the most honest Shop you’re ever gonna find the staff is so nice and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough.”
