No one ever answers the phone…can’t even leave a voicemail for a call back.

What happened to Chase all this time? The employees are not friendly at all and the manager is even worse rolled his eyes Al Perez (Jr), it seems as if they are being forced to work and treating consumers badly, because they do nothing with these super rude employees.

I can't get a hold of anyone via the IVR within business hours. Most faceless bank in all of America.
