Every time I go there this woman banker working with customers - not the tellers- is not helpful. I wonder why Chase bank hire people like that.

I had to meet with a Personal Banker to change one of my accounts. She was on time, meet me with a smile, very nice and efficient.

I felt I could have gotten better service. Ask about setting up some accounts and felt like I was only given the information I specifically asked for instead of having a general overview explained to me. Seemed like someone was in a hurry to get home but then again we've all had those days. LOL
