“We replaced our kitchen soon after moving into the house. A drab, dark kitchen with laminated cabinets, dark countertops and poor appliances was transformed by Karen and Priscilla at Designers Point into a bright, airy efficient space transforming much of the home. Soffits were removed, new hard wood cabinets and appliances installed and ventilation improved. The result is an open space kitchen/family room replacing a cramped and confining atmosphere. Priscilla was sensitive to meeting our design goals while offering sound suggestions that in hindsight helped us to improve the design and avoid mistakes.The subcontractors who did the work were professional and came when they promised. The job was completed nearly two months ago -- time to find the flaws, but we have found none. Highly recommended if you need a new kitchen.”

“Great and friendly people. Ordered a bunch of pieces for shower sill and thresholds. The provided photos of the options they had and I was able to choose online. They were also able to cut to my exact dimensions I gave them. Also had some backsplash pieces that I had to bring in to be cut so they could match my other bathroom. No questions asked, they cut the pieces and even offered to polish them. I’ll definitely be back for more! Exceptional support and service!”
“I used studio 41 to remodel my bathroom maybe about 6 years ago. I'm leaving this review today because every time I've had to interact with their customer service I have been so pleasantly surprised. I needed a new gidget for my toilet and it would have been $300 but they said since I've never had any issues they were going to give me one for free. A few years later I had a bathtub that wouldn't drain. Instead of selling me the whole part again which would have been $165 she sold me the part that was most likely to break that was $7. Very easy customer service experience. You really do get what you pay for with this company.”

I had someone other than Studio 41 install the cabinets and noticed a few of the doors had a small problem with closing completely or correctly and Studio 41 set me up an appointment and came right out and fixed the issue and now the cabinets are as perfect as I hoped for.”

My main frustration is that when an item is out of stock at one location, there’s no easy way to have it shipped from another store or transferred. If they improved that part of the process, the overall experience would be much more convenient. Overall still a solid place to shop for affordable home goods.”
