“I’ve been coming to orchard auto/VP for years now…if I’m never in need of quick gas (aka too lazy to pump or in a rush) I’ve always stopped by and they’ve greeted me with nothing but smiles. Have always loved that they were the only ones in town who do still do full service. Today I went to a pretty “well known” place in town( next to subway on Beltline…lol ) to get a price check on my brakes. 1100$!! I decided to check with Steve and his workers and it was WAY cheaper…. Like WAY. I was legit about to get ripped off and Steve saved me hundreds of dollars and I’m SO grateful. Not only did they help with a ride home but they also got it done very quickly. Customer service is truly on par here… and after today I will never go elsewhere for my car. So thank you so much kail and Steve for putting in the work and not charging me an arm and a leg.

But for real check your prices when going places to get things fixed esp being a female by yourself.

“I went to get a phone case holder for my car and an aux cord and was greeted first thing when I walked in the door and assisted right away and directed where to go to find these accessories. Check out was convenient and the people were nice and efficient. Definitely recommend!”
“Bill over at Creative Customs was a great help. My car was damaged in an accident, and he was able to get a new bumper ordered, painted, and installed in just a few weeks. It would've been quicker but I was in college when he called me. Bill also took my car for a car wash once the work was done because I was talking about not wanting to even wash the car because of the damages. He is very knowledgeable, capable, and has a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend Creative Customs!”
“I just sent my daughter to Auto Zone to get her windshield wipers replaced. Especially since she's going to a doctors appointment that's 30 minutes away and its raining.
They told her because it was raining they couldn't do their complimentary wiper installation. She did tell them she was traveling to a doctors appointment, same response.
What a huge disappointment, I've been an Autozone Loyalist for 30+ years across the entire United States.
Today I went to O'Reilly! Thank you for your professionalism! I'm ready for the next 30 years!

“They have worked on my car twice the same bumper! Hopefully I won’t be back 😩 but if I have to get auto body work done again it will be here! Listen you can tell a raccoon decided to end his life on my car the paint match perfectly - the bumper is nice and secure- they stay in constant contact about your car- turn around was fast- while they are dealing with hail damaged cars they didn’t bump me further down. Excellent work and craftsmanship. Thank you so much! I don’t plan to come back but if I have to I’ll make the drive. Flawless!”
“Quick service time, dropped my car off after an accident where the door needed to be replaced and in about a week it was ready to go, when I went to pick up my vehicle it was cleaned inside and out which I was not expecting. My car was drivable so the time between my accident and awaiting for the estimate/part, the shop helped me get my window up (it was stuck after the accident) so I could still utilize my vehicle. Great work and customer service all around!”
