“I had damage to my hood in my 2019 Ford Explorer. I had used Freer before and they had impressed me then. I am 100% satisfied with their service and workmanship. Freer does it right starting at the beginning with scheduling the work and then timely status and reminders during the work. Car was completed on time and was washed and cleaned better than I do it. Work done was perfect. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This should be a model for all businesses.”

“I’ve been coming to orchard auto/VP for years now…if I’m never in need of quick gas (aka too lazy to pump or in a rush) I’ve always stopped by and they’ve greeted me with nothing but smiles. Have always loved that they were the only ones in town who do still do full service. Today I went to a pretty “well known” place in town( next to subway on Beltline…lol ) to get a price check on my brakes. 1100$!! I decided to check with Steve and his workers and it was WAY cheaper…. Like WAY. I was legit about to get ripped off and Steve saved me hundreds of dollars and I’m SO grateful. Not only did they help with a ride home but they also got it done very quickly. Customer service is truly on par here… and after today I will never go elsewhere for my car. So thank you so much kail and Steve for putting in the work and not charging me an arm and a leg.

“I just sent my daughter to Auto Zone to get her windshield wipers replaced. Especially since she's going to a doctors appointment that's 30 minutes away and its raining.
They told her because it was raining they couldn't do their complimentary wiper installation. She did tell them she was traveling to a doctors appointment, same response.
What a huge disappointment, I've been an Autozone Loyalist for 30+ years across the entire United States.
Today I went to O'Reilly! Thank you for your professionalism! I'm ready for the next 30 years!

“Bill over at Creative Customs was a great help. My car was damaged in an accident, and he was able to get a new bumper ordered, painted, and installed in just a few weeks. It would've been quicker but I was in college when he called me. Bill also took my car for a car wash once the work was done because I was talking about not wanting to even wash the car because of the damages. He is very knowledgeable, capable, and has a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend Creative Customs!”
