“Had issues with intermittent check engine light, and couple other idiot lights come on and truck struggling to even go 15mph. Went in for diagnosis and of course like most mechanic stories, get it to the shop and no lights, no struggling. So one of their guys took truck for a ride and boom everything happened to them, so they got it back to the shop and started diagnosing all the codes that popped up and went through each. Been doing business with Harvard Ford for over 20yrs and they treat you fair.”

“I took my car in to Ron's today and they were amazing. I told them I had a creaking rattling noise when I drove and they diagnosed it and replaced it the same day. It was honestly way cheaper than expected. When I went to pay I paid in cash and accidentally overpaid and Ron came out side to find me to give me the extra money back. “I went into the shop , I felt very welcomed by Fernando he also was educating me about my car. Very reasonable prices overall i was happy with the service i received. My car would go through tires every 3 months he did an alignment also balanced my tires after that i had no problem with my car as a girl you always feel like mechanics try to take advantage of you because of your knowledge but Fernando made sure i understand what he was doing to my car. Highly Recommend!”

When the new owner, Wade, took over, I was hesitant because I hadn't built a trust in him yet. But, I decided to give him a try. A few years later, and Wade is still my go-to. He has looked at mine and my families cars; treating each visit as personally as Jay once did. I cannot say enough good things about them. “I brought my truck to Jim to have my pick up truck repaired. My truck was backed into crushing the outer bedside right at the fuel door to the inside of the bed. I met with Jim about an estimate, he quoted me a very fair price for all of the work he was going to have to do to fix the quarter panel. I dropped my truck off two weeks later (Labor Day weekend 2024). I received constant updates on my truck, Jim also contacted me to double check with a couple small details before proceeding with the work. Their craftsmanship is excellent, my truck is exactly how it looked the day I bought it brand new. I can not say enough good things about their work and will recommend them to anyone needing body work
