βIf you need a mechanic look no further, literally. I called on a Thursday and they got me in the next day. I brought my car in with a check engine light. I had originally gotten it βfixedβ at another shop and it would just come right back on. After I kept getting the run around with the other shop I decided to come here. Turns out the other shop put in a part that was not original. Brought it to Adler automotive and literally within an hour it was diagnosed and fixed with no more codes and an ORIGINAL PART. I got updates in the process and afterwards got a detailed report to everything that was done, why and how. Happy with the work, pricing and customer service. Will definitely be back!!β
βJDM Works really came through for me this week! Our key fob was accidentally washed and completely ruined, I called multiple dealers looking for a new key but they were all on back order for 40-60 days. JDM Works was able to order the new key fob and got it within three days! JDM works really came to bat for me when the dealer was saying it's the incorrect key for the car. Jared the owner called the dealer himself and explained it was the correct key that matches my Vin number. He spoke with multiple people there to straighten it out and get the new key programmed! I can't recommend this company enough extremely grateful!!β
βOlaf and his wife Aldona are amazing! They are so helpful and so knowledgeable in everything they do. We are so grateful to them for their work on 2 cars so far! We will forever go to them whenever we need modifications done.β

βGreat customer service. Always get me in right away. They even have two of the nicest cats I’ve ever seen at a shop. Very affordable and hardly any wait time. Five stars all around. Would recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks Speed Angels!β
βBrought my car to Allstar based on reviews after 2 different Belle tireβs werenβt able to get my car to steer straight after an alignmentβ¦.
Allstar was able to get my car driving down the road straight again! They know what they are doing! It was a great experience and I can tell they are honest people!β
βI live quite a distance from Woodstock. However there is NO OTHER auto repair establishment I trust more than Marcoβs!
Each time I have had a dire emergency, or a need for an honest price with outstanding service, I will go to this good man for what I need. He has proven to me at least three different times, that his team will identify the problem, FIX the problem, and present me with a bill that is ALWAYS more reasonable than his competitors. I cannot praise both Marco (and his amazing sons and associates) any higher. A++ and 5+βοΈ!β
βi needed to get basically a new (manual) transmission for my 2004 VW Passat. At the same time, the 2014 Kia Forte i gave my son blew out it's motor. Mark Decraene took care of everything for me, and both vehicles are running better than ever. It cost a pretty penny, but Mark made sure he got the highest quality parts for the least amount of dough. He kept me informed through the entire process, and his honesty and professionalism are remarkable in an industry that can easily take advantage of a car dumb-dumb like myself. Do yourself a favor and go to Decraens in Woodstock if you have engine trouble and want the job done right for a reasonable amount of paper. i couldn't recommend him more highly (well, maybe if he was a Sox fan instead of bleeding Cubbie blue)β
βOne and only exhaust shop Iβd go to. Had an interesting experience with a previous shop with exhaust work, to where I sought out another. Already have been there multiple times for custom exhaust work, and each time has been nothing but the best. Very informative throughout all steps of a repair, very reasonable prices, and quick work. I have more plans for my exhaust system, so I will 100% stop out their again!β

βRadek did a wonderful job fixing my sonβs car after he had an accident in a parking lot. Being a single mom and dealing with this for the first time I had no idea what to do and Radek sat with me, my son and the other party and helped us call the insurance company and guided us through the whole process. My sonβs car looks brand new. Radek also went above and beyond and noticed the passenger side mirror needed fixing and painting and fixed that for us too without me even mentioning anything about that to him. I highly recommend Radek and Auto Lodge. What fantastic people and place!β
βWe came to David's auto repair because I was looking at buying a used car at a nearby dealer and wanted to get an inspection. The mechanics at this place spent so much time explaining every single issue to me in a way I could understand. Saved me thousands of dollars. I was so impressed by their honesty and patience. I live an hour away from here but I will be coming here for my auto needs.β
βTim is a great guy. Fast, friendly and quite knowledgeable. His quoted price was spot-on and he kept me informed throughout the whole process. I'll be back, for sure!β
βHighly recommend! I had a screw in my tire for my Maserati Ghibli SQ4 and I went to a few other auto shops and they would not remove it due to it being too close to the sidewall. I came here and they told me it would be no problem. They took care of it in an hour And Iβm super thankful! Thanks guys!β
βThey worked with State Farm so well and even warrantied their work. I could not ask for a better place to bring my car. They are so kind and welcoming, I would not take my care any where else. They are amazing.....Service: Body & Trimβ
βMoved here a year ago and had to find a good mechanic. Went through 3 before finding Ed’s. They’re awesome and I refuse to have anyone else work on my car! They’re friendly, very communicative, and won’t up charge you on things you don’t need. They’ve had many chances to say,”we could totally do this extra thing while we’re at it” and they don’t! In fact, they’ve helped me find cheaper ways to source parts when need be. The integrity is definitely there and my family will continue to go to them for help!β
βAs life and dents happen, Raul is there to get my vehicles back to perfection. His efficiency and professionalism is unmatched. As a busy medical professional, he understands the small window of time I have for repairs and able to accommodate my requests.β
βBill is a great guy, I have been going to him, since he opened up Eastwood Service Center and many years ago he worked at Jimβs Auto Emporium in the later 1980βs were Bill worked on my vehicles there also, Jim closed up and Bill started his current business in 1990.β
βExcellent mechanic. Very knowledgeable and the pricing was fair for a professional. Great service and quick turnaround. Iβll definitely be coming back and recommending him to others.β

βBob has been my mechanic for 20 years and always offers good service at a fair price. He does what's needed and doesn't pad the bill. Honesty is rare in that business and appreciatedβ
βI canβt say enough good things about Woodstock Automotive Service! I had an ongoing issue with my car that no other mechanic could figure out, and I was honestly ready to give up and buy a new vehicle. Thankfully, I decided to give this shop a try, and Iβm so glad I did.
The team here was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Their expertise and fast service saved me a lot of time, money, and stress. Itβs clear they know their stuff, and they take pride in getting the job done right.
I highly recommend Woodstock Automotive Service to anyone looking for reliable and professional car care. Theyβve earned my trust, and Iβll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs.β
βHad my vehicle in for brakes and oil change. Was very impressed with the service provided and communication. Rich, the owner, is very honest and you instantly knew he is a mechanic that is trustworthy. Jennifer was also very communicative and helpful. I would recommend this shop to everyone and they will be the only ones moving forward working on my vehicles. I also thought pricing was very fair.β
βHad a really good experience at this location, Mauricio was able to help me out and weigh all of my options without feeling pressured and ultimately traded in my car for something more winter friendly! Overall great service from Mauricio!β
βOne of the best shops around the McHenry county. Very professional, excellent work, well priced and always very nice people to deal with!!! Esteban is one of the best mechanics I trust with my vehicles!!! Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this facility for all your car needs. Customer for life!!!!β
βAwesome people...super helpful and made me a UBolt for my trailer right there to the size I needed....and it was inexpensive....Brian, Ray, Shane, and the Bossman were all very helpful. Glad small businesses still exist and service is done exceptionally.β
βWhile I did not actually receive any service due to distance from myself and his shop, Charlie was nothing but great when talking to him on the phone and he also provided me an estimate in a very timely manner.β

βMega auto did an outstanding job repairing my car after my accident. They advocated for quality OEM parts instead of cheaper alternatives, explained the process clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. The repair was completed faster than expected and the full detailing was a great touch. Their professionalism and commitment truly sets them apart. I fully trust them and confidently recommend mega auto to anyone needing car repairs.β
