“I had went in today 7/9/25 with my husband… as we had switched from AT&T a year ago and came to metro/t-mobile.. AT&T NEVER let my phone service go … which i didnt know about and i was getting charged from them still, even though metro/tmobile cancelled it when we switched to them…
So we came in and Edgar and one other gentlemen was there with him… and even though this was a weird situation, Edgar and his co-worker were SUPER patient and ended up fixing the situation and getting my phone back on and under Tmobile/metro.
I just wanted to say that Edgar was super professional and super nice and patient!!!
I understand they all deal with a lot every day… but regardless, he and his co-worker were still SUPER kind and understanding and patient! They are DEFINITELY model employees!!!! PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! For real! We will always come back to this store now… Edgar is the friendliest and most understanding and troubleshoots well and gets the job done! He was the nicest employee we have EVER dealt with! And i dont want to leave out his co-worker.. whose name i did not get… but they are both stellar employees!”

“Recently I blew my Subwoofer in my vehicle. I took it in and Manny and his crew took real good care of me. It was slightly expensive but it was well worth it. My system sounds so much better and it didn't take my whole day. Manny made sure my system was tuned correctly to my liking.
