The service is still top tier. I went in today and Catherine, a bright and friendly human helped me with so much kindness--and Queen went out of her way to answer my questions.
Long story short, everyone I encountered was amazingly helpful. Esther, Janae, and Richard all helped me navigate the return and exchange and warranty process with so much ease. “Best slurpees in the Midwest. No other 7-Elevens in the nation can compete with these perfect consistency slurpees. Perfect temperature, tingles the back of my throats and arouses me a little. Came all the way from Chicago to experience these slurpees. Drive was well worth it. These beautiful employees deserve the world for having great hospitality. Everything about this 7-eleven just screams home, at least at felt at home.”

“At one point I felt like I was being followed by staff BUT I understand a little. While walking I was trying to stuff my phone into my bag as an employee was walking past. I did show him it was a phone and as small as it was there is no way I could be stealing. So not mad at all that I was greater 3 times in 5 mins. Please note, by this time I was towards the back of the store do I hear already been there for 20 mins and not 1 greeting not even walking in. So good job, eventually the feeling passed, I guess they realized there was NO WAY I could have been stuffing anything in my tiny bag.”
