He takes the time to get your measurements, draws them on ball, (so he's not doing by memory), he's patient with you, makes suggestions and doesn't rush you, no matter how many other customers are waiting. He makes you feel like you are the only customer there. This is my second ball he's drilled and I will continue to come back. My average has increased since his first drilling and I have referred several people to him. For me he's the best!”

The staff was patient when with all of us as we selected our exchanges, measured our finger sizes and especially when I asked for constant adjustments.
