This usps ALWAYS delays my packages and never comes on the day its supposed too arrive. Just close this place down already smh.

I filled out a change of address online and was supposed to complete the process at the post office; I was told to go to another post office because they couldn't find me in their system. If USPS is universal, why would I go to another location? There was no explanation given or attempted in trying to help me resolve this...
