I filled out a change of address online and was supposed to complete the process at the post office; I was told to go to another post office because they couldn't find me in their system. If USPS is universal, why would I go to another location? There was no explanation given or attempted in trying to help me resolve this...

Been having issues receiving mail. Maybe the phone calls are more important. Then leaving the gate open knowing I have a dog and a special needs son.
