They document everything and take pictures for you to understand better. If you are paid in advance you can arrange after hours pick up for them to leave the car available. issues are addressed if any happen to arise but honestly we haven't really had any. overall we reccommend them to everyone in the area!”

“Looking for a caring and honest shop, this is it! Traveling from Kentucky to Chicago yesterday, I hit what I thought it was black dirt pile of snow, it was a rock or ice, went under my car causing to break or loose something that I dragged for over 1 hour. Called at 3:30pm spoke to José, an as usual, very friendly and helpful, told me, bring it tomorrow! I did showed up, he sent a very friendly employee, Ed, super nice and polite, bent down to check and saw the reason for my dragging something. He said let me have your keys, took car in and they fixed in less than 35 minutes! They called me to get car and I couldn’t believe how fast! They said they were happy to help and hopefully will see again. This is not my first visit, my family and I, highly recommend this shop, I own a European car, and they will take good care of you and your vehicle! Thank you, José, Mike and Ed!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I had been without my car for 6 weeks due to my axle breaking down. I had someone from another shop install the axle and my car was still not drivable. I decided to come to Norwood Auto Service because it was down the block from me and I wouldn’t have to drive my car far. They did a full inspection on my car and sent me a text with EVERYTHING that was wrong with it along with pictures to back it up. I was so impressed by the pictures and detailed commentary. They’re not pushy at all with services which is a huge plus for me since I’m a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. They also told me that the shop that I went to put in the wrong axle for my car which is why my car was still not drivable. They were able to order the correct axle and fix my car completely SAME DAY. Mind you, Eric called me throughout the day to give me updates. The service was just all around stress free for me and I’m very grateful for Eric, who I believe is the manager. They won a customer for life going forward and will forever recommend them. We became pretty much stranded in Illinois so we went down to this shop for Mannie to take a look and diagnose an issue. He figured it out, we got the part overnighted, and the next day he fixed it. Mannie squeezed us into a spot and worked quickly to get us up and running again. He was so nice and the prices were unbeatable. Everyone there is so hardworking and won’t stop for anything. Today I dropped off my Rav4 that needed 2 Tire Pressure Monitor System Sensor and an oil change to Garcia's Tire, Auto....., when I tell you this place is great, it is really Great. I never felt pressured or threaten to have my car fix. The staff was straight forward with what I needed and it was done, even in the time I needed for it to be done. In addition, I asked about the price for tire rotation and they were HONEST enough to tell me that I didn't need one. Thank You for you honesty and your service.”

“Multiple shops failed to fix my A/C, but Mike & Sons fixed it no problem. They were courteous, professional, and utterly transparent throughout the entire process.Another time, I had my car towed to AAA Riverside because AAA Roadside Assistance said it would save money. The towing was fine, but the mechanics at AAA Riverside (who apparently are paid on commission) were either incompetent, dishonest, or both - they nearly destroyed my engine and tried to get me to pay them another $2000 on top of the $2500 I'd already paid them, because I apparently needed a whole new engine. I immediately called Mike & Sons to get a second opinion. I ended up having my car towed to them from AAA. Once M&S took a look at my vehicle, they discovered that not only did I NOT need a new engine, but the AAA mechanics had botched the repairs, causing oil to leak everywhere.They got my car running, but Anthony at M&S said he wanted to keep working on it because he wasn't happy with "how" it was running. Turns out, it was a fuel issue - the people at AAA hadn't even bothered to do a fuel test before telling me to pay them for a whole new engine. M&S got my car running like new in less than a day after they figured out the issue, and they charged a more than reasonable price.Mike & Sons do great work, they're hardworking, and they're honest. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto repair or maintenance work. They can fix most things, and handle their business with integrity - if they can't, they'll refer you to someone trustworthy who can.Services: General repairs & maintenance”
