“A few days ago, I desperately looked for a local mechanic/shop to help me do a very simple thing that I attempted do myself. I had to replace both lowbeam bulbs in my car. My hands are kind of arthritic so I was having much difficulty. I drove around the neighborhood and found Lincoln Wilson Auto Service. I walked in and asked for help. A gentleman with the shop told me to pull my car in. I'm sure he sensed my desperation and proceeded to switch out the bulbs for me. No charge. “I brought a vehicle (2025 Toyota Camry) I was considering purchasing to Petersen Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). I called first thing in the morning and was able to get an appointment for 2 PM that same day, which I really appreciated.
Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the price for the inspection was very reasonable. The entire process took about two hours, and based on the time they spent with the vehicle and what they went over afterward, they seemed very thorough in checking everything out.
When you're potentially spending thousands of dollars on a used vehicle, having someone take the time to properly inspect it gives you some much-needed peace of mind before making that decision.
Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Petersen Automotive and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-purchase inspection or a trustworthy shop to have a vehicle checked out.”

They were able to find new tires the same day and had everything including an alignment, done within just a few hours. I had my car back by the end of the day, and it drives perfectly.
