I used to work at a toy store in the suburbs and that was definitely a good connect. but after moving on from that job i needed a chill place closer to where i live and i was happy to find them on IG. They really take the stress out of shopping for kids because i think most people underestimate how much pressure there is in buying gifts for children 😅”
“I love that they offer clothing for tweens that is inspirational and faith-based at reasonable prices. Also, when I placed my order, they noticed a potential error on my part; and the owner called me right away to verify what I wanted. They were correct; I had, indeed, made an error. They corrected the error and sent the shipment right away. I was SO appreciative of their thoughtfulness and proactive effort that saved me from having to return an item and wait for a replacement. Thank you!”
“Hands down the best spot you could find for children's clothes! I feel like I'm walking into a well-curated boutique and all clothing and accessories are in great shape. “I was very pleased how they handled a big order for me. I had to return 10 pairs of pants and used a lot of my Carhartt points and they helped me not loose those points and was able to use them on a different online order. Also provided me with next day shipping. Also had pair of bibbs where a button came off on the side for the waist and without any hesitation the manager told me to come in and swap them out with a newer pair. It’s good to have a location that wants to help and do the best they can. Again thank you to the Wicker Park location for handling everything with patients and kindness. ??”

There is literally something new and fun that surprises me every time I walk in. V knows her customers and community and cares for them in a way that is so special. You can’t walk in this store without your spirits lifting! ✨”
“We purchased our second car seat from Twinkle Twinkle Little One and the process was just as seamless as the first. We had some trouble with scheduling the installation on our end and the staff were super helpful in finding a date and time that worked for us. They actually called us to see if we wanted to come in on an earlier day because they had a slot open up and we were able to do that. James and the other associate (sorry I forgot your name) were both very helpful during installation and took their time to show me how to do it should I need to. They also said if I didn't feel comfortable I could just bring it back in if it needed to be reinstalled or adjusted and I appreciated knowing that's an option. The store itself is really cool inside...a lot of great, unique products. It's always fun to look around and I always end up with a few extra things :). All the staff are very friendly and happily discuss products. Lastly, I think it's nice to support a local shop that clearly cares about their community. We'll be back! Thank you!!”
“MSC is my happy place. This Edgebrook gem has been around for over 40 years under the same owner, and it shows—she is clearly ahead of her time. The store is beautifully curated, with items in near-perfect condition, many still NWT, and a great selection of high-end brands. There’s something for everyone here. A must-visit (again and again).”
“Customer service is always top tier here! I was here this morning and I didn't get everyone's name except Nicolette. This is by far my favorite location. I'm midsized and I never feel bad about not fitting into a size 2 here. Everyone is helpful but not overbearing. Everyone knows the the style names of literally everything and they all know what's in stock. They have a good selection of sizes and I get to pick cute styles and never just handed the one sad, plain black, XL sized bra with someone else's deodorant stain on it (cough cough lulu lemon).”
