I find myself wishing I had more children to shop for. The owner, Rita, is so nice. She spent time with me helping me pick the perfect outfit I was getting as a gift. She is really knowledgeable too. If you are looking for unique, high-quality clothes that everyone will ooh and aah over - look no further.”
“I was very pleased how they handled a big order for me. I had to return 10 pairs of pants and used a lot of my Carhartt points and they helped me not loose those points and was able to use them on a different online order. Also provided me with next day shipping. Also had pair of bibbs where a button came off on the side for the waist and without any hesitation the manager told me to come in and swap them out with a newer pair. It’s good to have a location that wants to help and do the best they can. Again thank you to the Wicker Park location for handling everything with patients and kindness. ??”
“We purchased our second car seat from Twinkle Twinkle Little One and the process was just as seamless as the first. We had some trouble with scheduling the installation on our end and the staff were super helpful in finding a date and time that worked for us. They actually called us to see if we wanted to come in on an earlier day because they had a slot open up and we were able to do that. James and the other associate (sorry I forgot your name) were both very helpful during installation and took their time to show me how to do it should I need to. They also said if I didn't feel comfortable I could just bring it back in if it needed to be reinstalled or adjusted and I appreciated knowing that's an option. The store itself is really cool inside...a lot of great, unique products. It's always fun to look around and I always end up with a few extra things :). All the staff are very friendly and happily discuss products. Lastly, I think it's nice to support a local shop that clearly cares about their community. We'll be back! Thank you!!”

Samantha helped ring out the exchanges at the register and exchange an item on the floor while Mary checked in the back stock to look for one of my items. They ended up finding the same jeans, color and style, just in the size I requested. Great helpful staff! Aside from myself they kept helping others in checkout and the store is always organized and clean. They deserve recognition and appreciation!”

“Wow! I had such an amazing experience working with Joe at Rag and Bone. I had walked around the neighborhood trying on so many jeans with no luck and the moment I walked into R&B Joe walked me through the different fits and really knew the cut and details of each pair. He could immediately see what sizes I needed and helped me analyze each item while I tried them on. And finally I found my dream black jeans! I left with a few pairs and a new blazer. Rag and Bone is always tried and true and this location is beautiful. But most of all - Joe is truly a gem!”

“I went to the psycho bunny store at the Oakbrook Mall. I was disappointed that you guys did Not have gift boxes, especially around Easter time. This is the biggest selling point after Christmas perhaps you might want to order the boxes. I am almost certain that your loyal customers, will pay extra if they want it as a gift, rather then than have in a bag of plastic. This is not suitable for me or anyone else purchasing your expensive attire.Get some gift boxes corporate office. There is no other store that has your type of style. Keep that in mind so don't take shortcuts and expect people to come back to your store.”

“I like this location because it's always very well stocked, and usually not overly busy so you can ship easily, even with young kids. There is plenty of parking in the lot, and it is fairly easy to get in and out of from the road. Service is friendly and helpful. One downside is that there are two halves to the store (Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh) with clothing for each age range on both sides, so nothing is consolidated to one area. Another issue, but not specific to this store, is that is so hard to figure out the prices. Everything has multiple price tags, and then discounts, and then discounts on discounts. But still a good place for inexpensive, generally well made kids clothes.”
