The perfect place for unique gifts (wrapping is gorgeous) as well as goodies for your own little one! The owner Rita is also a joy to be around and will make you feel welcome the moment you enter the door.”
“I was very pleased how they handled a big order for me. I had to return 10 pairs of pants and used a lot of my Carhartt points and they helped me not loose those points and was able to use them on a different online order. Also provided me with next day shipping. Also had pair of bibbs where a button came off on the side for the waist and without any hesitation the manager told me to come in and swap them out with a newer pair. It’s good to have a location that wants to help and do the best they can. Again thank you to the Wicker Park location for handling everything with patients and kindness. ??”
“We purchased our second car seat from Twinkle Twinkle Little One and the process was just as seamless as the first. We had some trouble with scheduling the installation on our end and the staff were super helpful in finding a date and time that worked for us. They actually called us to see if we wanted to come in on an earlier day because they had a slot open up and we were able to do that. James and the other associate (sorry I forgot your name) were both very helpful during installation and took their time to show me how to do it should I need to. They also said if I didn't feel comfortable I could just bring it back in if it needed to be reinstalled or adjusted and I appreciated knowing that's an option. The store itself is really cool inside...a lot of great, unique products. It's always fun to look around and I always end up with a few extra things :). All the staff are very friendly and happily discuss products. Lastly, I think it's nice to support a local shop that clearly cares about their community. We'll be back! Thank you!!”

“I mail ordered some jeans I liked but needed to exchange for a different size. Samantha helped ring out the exchanges at the register and exchange an item on the floor while Mary checked in the back stock to look for one of my items. They ended up finding the same jeans, color and style, just in the size I requested. Great helpful staff! Aside from myself they kept helping others in checkout and the store is always organized and clean. They deserve recognition and appreciation!”

“I went to the psycho bunny store at the Oakbrook Mall. I was disappointed that you guys did Not have gift boxes, especially around Easter time. This is the biggest selling point after Christmas perhaps you might want to order the boxes. I am almost certain that your loyal customers, will pay extra if they want it as a gift, rather then than have in a bag of plastic. This is not suitable for me or anyone else purchasing your expensive attire.Get some gift boxes corporate office. There is no other store that has your type of style. “Customer service is always top tier here! I was here this morning and I didn't get everyone's name except Nicolette. This is by far my favorite location. I'm midsized and I never feel bad about not fitting into a size 2 here. Everyone is helpful but not overbearing. Everyone knows the the style names of literally everything and they all know what's in stock. They have a good selection of sizes and I get to pick cute styles and never just handed the one sad, plain black, XL sized bra with someone else's deodorant stain on it (cough cough lulu lemon).”
