“Clean bathrooms (individual rooms, good for families). Great pizza. Town has one of those privacy invading cameras posted right outside the Casey’s unfortunately, don’t know why this town tolerates these. Not Casey’s fault of course.”
“So, this is my hometown. I don’t make it back to IL much as I’ve lived on the East coast since 2006. My kids absolutely love Casey’s pizza. (IYKYK!) This store is so friendly and the current manager Candy is so good to our whole family. There isn’t a Casey’s type place here in Virginia, and the places that are similar aren’t nearly as welcoming and courteous. Honestly I could have left like 15 honest reviews from the past several years stopping into this Casey’s when I’m home, and they would all be constant 5’s.”

“Always clean. Great selection and great prices. Only downside is that there is only one E-85 pump sandwiched between normal pumps, which can be hard to get to when they are busy. Employees are friendly and fast.”
“I stopped by for a little road snack, and I was served by a very wonderful worker named Michelle. I came in looking for a specific item i had won for free via caseys rewards but was having trouble locating the cake bites. She noticed i seemed a little lost and greeted me very friendly and offered to show me the cake bites. She noticed there was no vanilla left and preemptively offered to check the back. While i was definitely okay with the lemon flavored ones, the customer service skill shown by Michelle and anticipating the needs of the customer before they ask was very impressive to me as a supervisor at my own job. I certainly hope her leadership acknowledges her incredibly friendly, and clearly experienced work with front-end customer service. I could definitely see her in a team lead, or even higher, position if she's not already! Caseys, you have a diamond working for you right in your Henry store! Thank you Michelle!”

“Two days ago, I forgot a purchase at the counter because I was in a hurry to get to work. Called back in 15 minutes and the Store Manager "Julie" said "yep", you forgot them. Brought it to me at work when she was off duty!!!! That's above and beyond!! Also Assistant Manager Holly is "top notch"!! Always polite, professional, and has a smile. The whole staff is great!! Appreciate all of you!!”
“I used to go to the north end by the stop light when I was hungry for spaghetti. I was on the west side and got spaghetti at Becks. It's better than the other place. I'll be back for spaghetti but not the meatballs. They weren't so good.”
“Best place in town to get deals on coffee, hot chocolate, and food. The people there are always nice and happy to help you with whatever you may need. Service you won't find at the Casey's or Becks here in town. You can fill up the car quick and still have time to spare. You can't beat that kind of service.”

“I go in often for a chicken wrap. While they are always yummy most of the time they have too much sauce. The gentleman working in the kitchen today did a perfect job on the wrap. It wasn't messy with too much sauce.”

“Best Casey's I visit. I often skip the depuy Casey's to come to this one. The kitchen serves much better food. the parking lot is much easier to maneuver. And generally there are not long lines however they can be at times.”

“Best place to get fuel in town besides one other place! Cigarettes are on the higher side and they don't have my favorite cashier working anymore which is a real bummer! Seems like they are just employing family now! Coffee could be better!”

“5 star service from Roger at Happy's tow service!!!! My daughter was driving cross country (she's a travel Nurse - and she was coming home) and hit a pot hole - bending her rim and giving her a flat tire. When Roger got there (very quickly after her call) - he saw her on the side of the road, crying because she couldn't get in touch with us. He not only got her on the road again...but he made sure she was fed. Love to Roger and his wife from me and my husband. May the universe shine it's light on you!!”
