I only use the drive thru, when it was First Midwest Bank they were great, after they transitioned into Old National they did a 180, now when using the drive thru it's slow, no Hello's, no Thank You's. Every time would use the bank they could see had 2 dogs, would always send treats afterwards, now I pull up drop my deposit and just get a cold feeling there, they have lost all of that feel good customer service since they changed...The last 2 times I went they must of hired some new people, because it's gotten a little better, but seriously get a feeling now if I don't have a million dollar account I'm a nobody. Guess everything changes ?

Drive up hours are pretty bad. 9a to 5:30p every weekday. To better serve busy customers how about 2 days a week be week open to 7pm. Not everyone can get out of work and get to the bank by 5pm! Open at 8 am to better serve customers. Stay open till 1pm on Saturday. Customer's lifestyles have changed, so should ONB's hours.

Worst bank ever it was ok when it was first Midwest Bank but now worst customer service worst online customer service you will wait all day for one stinking representative to come to the phone . And you transfer money and won’t clear till another 72 hours . Bad zelle transactions bad everything. I hate this bank

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. This is absolutely the worst bank and the worst business i have ever dealt with. I have spent over 10 hours in total trying to get my account unlocked. I have gone into this facility numerous times only to find a pile of people waiting. Only one banker here every time i try to come to fix my issues. This bank moved money from one of my accounts to another causing late fees, negative balance, and i am unable to access any of my money. But dont worry just stay on hold for another few days or take off work and sit in the waiting room for hours.... this bank is a total joke.

First Midwest has now transitioned to Old National. They shut down all first Midwest apps and I have not been able to access any of my accounts for 4 days now. I logged into old national with the credentials THEY GAVE ME and now my account is locked. On the letter I received in the mail it says customer care is open til 6, I called and they closed at 5. I do not like having no access to my accounts or my money. They also wanted you to download all your transaction history. I don’t have a computer and I didn’t receive the notice in time to do it so now I have no record of anything from my bank. They also charged my savings account for “undelivered mail” even though I’ve had the same address since I opened this account and receive all the mail. This seems shady and I will be closing my account here.

This is usual to see a long line and only two open slots for this branch. Sometimes only one open. Maybe they need to hire more tellers for peak times, like morning and late afternoon shifts. Terribly slow!
