“This place is great. I was comparing auto body shops before I got my work done and somehow called a repair shop rather than a body shop. I was so distraught over the high prices at the other four (Gerber was by far the worst/highest by far! Corporate body shops am I right?) that I thought to ask the guy if he would recommend anyone. Without a pause he came back with Ruben and John's. He said they were fair and trustworthy, and in my book that is all you need in an industry where you can't be sure if you're being ripped off and everything is expensive.Scheduling was easy. They were straightforward and helpful, answering all my questions and their quote was the lowest by far. To be fair, I got pricing on two separate areas on my car from two different, fairly minor, though expensive, accidents. Their quote was a little bit higher (by less than $75) than the lowest competitor out of the 5 on the second job, but after the great job they did on the first, i will be going back to Ruben and John for the second. I was in and out in one day and back on the road.”

“I stopped by to have some paint touch up work done on my 4Runner after hearing how great of a job they did repairing a car for my family member.Their production manager Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly as he walked around my car to talk through the spots I wanted addressed. He told me the car would be available to pick up around lunch time and cost about 2 hours of labor, which was totally acceptable for me.The best surprise was that when I picked it up, they said I didn't owe anything at all since I supplied my own touch up OEM paint and the job was easy. They obviously didn't have to do that, but it was great to see a business doing quick favors like that and was so appreciated. Can't be at free!I recommend Nick and the team and have confidence in their quality work and service.”
