“Had a great visit here last week. I have recently purchased a used car and wanted some basic work done just for my peace of mind. Oil change, inspection, alignment. During the inspection, they discovered my shocks were getting to the point of needing replacing, so rather than do the alignment, they advised me to wait on that and get the suspension taken care of, and then (actually at the same time) do the alignment. They took me into the service bay and showed me the car (from the underside)..pointed out/showed me all the 'issues'. with that I'm working with the team to prioritize the repairs (some are more urgent that others).Big thanks to Johny and the mechanic who worked on my car....you've earned my trust.Services: Vehicle Inspection”

“This place is great. I was comparing auto body shops before I got my work done and somehow called a repair shop rather than a body shop. I was so distraught over the high prices at the other four (Gerber was by far the worst/highest by far! Corporate body shops am I right?) that I thought to ask the guy if he would recommend anyone. Without a pause he came back with Ruben and John's. He said they were fair and trustworthy, and in my book that is all you need in an industry where you can't be sure if you're being ripped off and everything is expensive.Scheduling was easy. They were straightforward and helpful, answering all my questions and their quote was the lowest by far. To be fair, I got pricing on two separate areas on my car from two different, fairly minor, though expensive, accidents. Their quote was a little bit higher (by less than $75) than the lowest competitor out of the 5 on the second job, but after the great job they did on the first, i will be going back to Ruben and John for the second. I was in and out in one day and back on the road.”

“My family and I have been going to Jory's since 1989. When he has changed locations over the years, we have followed him to his new shop. Jory is wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable and in my opinion he could build a car if he had to. He has also provided me a ride from the train station when dropping off and picking up my car. I have called him for minor repairs before even going to a dealer ie., side mirror repairs. When you pick up your repaired vehicle, he shows you the old parts and explains everything about the repair. The first time I had my car repaired with him and he did this, I thought it was hilarious! Over the years, I have an appreciation for this and actually, understand the things he's talking about. Being a woman, I am always skeptical about anything related to car repairs but with Jory, I can trust that the information and pricing is fair. I can also rest assured that my car is in the best of hands. Additionally, Jory is always personable and just a kind man.”

Everyone in the shop was wearing masks which I wasn't really expecting it was a very pleasant surprise. Dropped my car off and picked it up an hour later - $35 out the door.
