“A week ago my husband brought our Subaru Impreza to the Subaru Service Center in Highland Park for 30,000 miles checkup. He had to leave our vehicle there, but he got a ride home. Also, it would be hard for him to wait there since he is 85 years old and he had undergone a heart surgery. When a staff member Grace called us to discuss some extra services needed for our car I myself talked to Grace because my husband had a poor hearing. Grace was very patient and gave us time to think it over and discuss. There was no pressure at all but a very professional approach and understanding of our situation. After talking to a very polite and well-mannered Grace we decided to do everything we needed for our car. It was done and my husband picked up the car.
Next day we discovered a flashing yellow sign on our dashboard
and decided to bring our car back to Subaru to find the reason of it. They found the reason for this issue, but we had to wait a few days to get our car repaired. Grace again went far and beyond to find a vehicle for us because she knew we could not be without a car because of my husband's health issues. Her genuine compassion was so powerful that it brought me to tears.
Three days later we picked up our car in a perfect condition, warm and clean.
We want to express our gratitude to all Muller Subaru workers involved and our very special heartful thanks go to Grace. She can be a model staff member who possessed a high professionalism along with a high empathy. This combination of human qualities is perfect for any customer service.

“My experience at Muller was outstanding!
I worked first with Gilberto Gomez. He provided a great deal of background on the vehicles I was interested in. We settled on the Passport.
With regard to the negotiations, he did his level best to give me the best value he absolutely could. I for sure gave him a bit of a headache but he was fair as much as he could be.
I felt like throughout that process I was well taken care of and every question I had was confidently answered. Any follow ups were given and I did not feel like there was any sort of bad faith salesmanship occurred. Highly professional, highly courteous, and overall incredibly hospitable to my needs.
Furthermore, I did request financing on the purchase. I worked with Ray P. in financing and he did HIS level best to ID an amazing rate for me. Much lower than what I was offered at a local Toyota dealership I visited prior to Muller.
Ray went through line by line everything I was signing BEFORE I signed it and it was incredibly prudent to him that I knew and genuinely comprehended the agreement I was going into.
This kind of care leads me to believe that I will be back in the future. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase (for now :) )”

“Great experience. Steven Craig in sales was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive putting the deal together. Flew in and got picked up from O’Hare. Dramatic flair as the black cover got whisked off my car in the big reveal. Painless paperwork. Great coffee, snacks, and they even threw in some swag. Got great explanation of car systems from Steven as was one my way with a full tank. Following the weekend, got follow up email to set a call time to review everything and ask any questions. “I needed a slow leak in one of my tires repaired. Previously I had tried to get the leak fixed to no avail. Bernard's found the tiny nail causing the problem and had to patch the tire from inside. They did this while I waited and charged me very little for the time they had to put in. It is so unusual these days to find an honest and competent repair service. THANKS!!”
“Francisco and the team at Wheel Tech are the best. They were able to match a 2nd set of wheels (for winter) to my summers in a very unique color. They were patient as we went through a few samples to make sure they get it right. Been coming to Wheel Tech and Francisco for years (mostly on curb rash wheel repairs) and every time they deliver the best quality. This shop is a hidden gem (literally since it's tucked away in the back of the lot). Highly recommend.”

“This place is AMAZING. My radiator broke nearby and Chuck and his team looked at it RIGHT away. He did a thorough check, overall scan, and didn’t charge me a thing! ( I just had a hairline leak in the tank). He even told me about what the parts and labor should cost so I would know what to expect when I took it to my mechanic in the city. 10/10 on customer experience, expertise, speed of service, etc. This team is so trustworthy and has great character and kindness. “This place is great. I was comparing auto body shops before I got my work done and somehow called a repair shop rather than a body shop. I was so distraught over the high prices at the other four (Gerber was by far the worst/highest by far! Corporate body shops am I right?) that I thought to ask the guy if he would recommend anyone. Without a pause he came back with Ruben and John's. He said they were fair and trustworthy, and in my book that is all you need in an industry where you can't be sure if you're being ripped off and everything is expensive.Scheduling was easy. They were straightforward and helpful, answering all my questions and their quote was the lowest by far. To be fair, I got pricing on two separate areas on my car from two different, fairly minor, though expensive, accidents. Their quote was a little bit higher (by less than $75) than the lowest competitor out of the 5 on the second job, but after the great job they did on the first, i will be going back to Ruben and John for the second. I was in and out in one day and back on the road.”
