“I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle here back in April 2024 and it was a relatively easy and smooth process. I had just recently called to have some warranty work done and was told my vehicle was recently out of warranty but my paperwork did not reflect that. After they had looked into my paperwork and saw that it had a later (not correct) date they still followed through with what my paperwork stated and they took care of my vehicle. I would definitely consider them an honorable dealership and I would recommend them :)”
“Satisfied with the timing chains being replace on my 2014 Equinox. Very disappointed that y'all did not cover the air conditioner work which cost me 600 dollars out of pocket. That work should have been covered according to my book. People in the office didn't understand that the air conditioner is a closed system and there was nothing I could do because it went out.”
