“This was my first visit here. The sign to the left says express, and the right lane says full service; however, once you turn the corner, they all go through the same AUTOMATIC car wash. As I was trying to read the sign, there was a lady customer blowing like a mad woman. I had to get out and ask for directions. I chose the PLATINUM FULL SERVICE. The staff was nice. 15 minutes later, they told me my car was ready. The running boards still had mud splatter, the passenger seat and trunk had not been vacuumed, the door jams all had water running down them, the front grill and window still had bug splatter. There are black smudges on my leather that weren’t even there when I arrived. Whatever they sprayed in the interior is now chalky so I assume it was not the right chemical for my material. There was a smudge on my seat (make up) the gentleman told me that’s a detailers job. Absolutely not, I wipe this off all the time with AmorAll. When I asked why my car was half done, he said, sometimes the guys “forget”. It’s 9am. I watched them dry my car so I have no idea when they actually did three coats of wax as quoted in the platinum package. But I did notice one of the gentleman drying my car, kept looking at the lady who was blowing at me as if she was talking to him. I was inside, so I cannot confirm that she told him not to do a good job. But this was a horrible car wash. I feel like I got an express wash, but paid for a PLATINUM. No scent was included. I do appreciate him taking the time to try to make sure I was happy before I left, but as you can see in the photos they just didn’t pay attention to detail. Disappointed.”
“The attendants and service providers are very honorable. When ever and not often if ever dissatisfied the entire staff is very compromising and honoring your request. Recommending for a quick satisfying wash.”
“I was extremely happy with my experience at waterway car wash today. Not only does my car look immaculate but the staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure every little area on my car was clean after our long family road trip. Another nice surprise was the retail store and waiting room areas. The retail store has a nice selection of snacks and drinks and also very clean with friendly staff members. The waiting area outdoors had very comfortable seating options, and the indoor area with nice and cool on this hot day as well. We will definitely be back and refer our friends and family. A big shout out to Dylan, Chris, Jeshua, and Tyler for a great experience!”
“I have been coming here since I moved to the area 4 years ago. I feel this place is a little known suburbs secret. This is exactly the type of small business we are lucky to have locally. I probably should take better care of my car but I park outside and have two messy kids in and out of it. Despite this, whenever I reach my limit and can’t stand the sight (and smell) of my car I take it here to be hand washed in and out and it comes out looking like new. I’m not exaggerating- my husband is always shocked how great it looks after. It’s just a bonus the staff are so friendly, that you can make appointments online, and that it’s in an area that’s great to walk around in while you wait.”
