He had it done in a few hours, and for a very fair price. Although we bought another phone through our provider.. transferring everything with a broken black screen would have been a cost and a pain!! The gentleman in charge went over what was needed thoroughly & patiently with my original phone. With people waiting too, as it seemed they had great business for a Sunday. In a very clean organized establishment, we took the offer of the reasonable cost and even so.. the fact it would be ready in a few hours, prior to close. Once they text us, we arrived.. still with customers patiently waiting. Which in my eyes means .. they know what they're doing and the locals are grateful. I double checked to make sure all was good.. they made sure before we walked out the door, all our questions were asked & that we were beyond satisfied! My phone was back to life.. no scratches & working as I originally had it, .. With a new phone case & screensaver as compilatory to all customer business! We have 3 teenage boys.. lol, tech help is always needed. As long as we live in this area.. They've made customers and promoters for life.
