“What a great experience from start too finish! I dropped my CPU a few months ago and couldn't pick it up due to back surgery. They held it for me until I recovered. I came in today to pick it up and everything was done and reloaded into a flash drive! Wow, so excited to finally get my photos from 1995! “Im not from Chicago. Me and my 90year old father in law flew in from San Antonio Texas that is. Reason is to celebrate my daughter who by tomorrow will be graduating a sailor for the United States Navy. Thank everyone dead or alive for their service 🙏. Anyhoot my father in law forgot to pack the charger for his Minolta camera with which he was going to use for the graduation. So we headed to a place called Battaries plus. Well let me just say that a beautiful young lady. Her name is Hailey. Me and my father in law were so blown away with her work ethics ,knowledge tunasaty, attitude, and customer service skills. Mind u this camera was suppose to be used for my daughter's graduation from the Navy. Sad to say that they didn't have the part we were looking for. Due to Hailey 's attentiveness and courtesy to due all she could to find us the part but also trying to find a alternative way knowing how important it was to get it working. When all was said and done. It just so happened that it wasn't our day so we were shit out of luck at fixing the problem with which we drove to that store for. Due to Hailey 's pride in her job to due everything she could possibly due plus all her attributes that i first used to describe Hailey we still left her store feeling better than when we first walked in. Leaving without resolving the issue we went to the store to fix to begin with. With that said it was her out standing customer service skills and knowledge we still left that store laughing and happier then when we first walked in with issue still in hand. We just want to say W.O.W HAILEY UR COMPANY NEEDS TO GIVE U A RAISE AND MAYBE A POSITION IN THE COMPANY ON HOW TO TEACH OTHER EMPLOYEES HER SECRET. TRULY AN AMAZING PEOPLE PERSON WHO WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND . THANK U HAILEY FOR GIVING ME AND MY FATHER IN LAW FAITH THAT THERE ARE STILL PEOPLE WHO TAKE THERE JOB ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THE CUSTOMER.

“We moved to the suburbs not too long ago, still getting acquainted with the local businesses of all sorts. Definitely prefer to help the local small businesses than cooperate. Called with questions earlier in the day, she answered with a professional kind voice and said swing by so they could assest the damage & what was needed. My phone was battled with a hard concrete brick fall... lol. Damages indeed!! Although we bought another phone through our provider.. transferring everything with a broken black screen would have been a cost and a pain!! The gentleman in charge went over what was needed thoroughly & patiently with my original phone. With people waiting too, as it seemed they had great business for a Sunday. In a very clean organized establishment, we took the offer of the reasonable cost and even so.. the fact it would be ready in a few hours, prior to close. Once they text us, we arrived.. still with customers patiently waiting. Which in my eyes means .. they know what they're doing and the locals are grateful. I double checked to make sure all was good.. they made sure before we walked out the door, all our questions were asked & that we were beyond satisfied! My phone was back to life.. no scratches & working as I originally had it, .. With a new phone case & screensaver as compilatory to all customer business! We have 3 teenage boys.. lol, tech help is always needed. As long as we live in this area.. They've made customers and promoters for life. Thanks again.. for sincere kind businesses!! ~Support local!!”
