“These guys are great. They always find time for urgent, last-minute repairs like the headlight they replaced for me this morning even though they were obviously swamped. Pricing is incredibly reasonable for a high-end shop. Dave and Ron are extremely personable, so instead of dreading car repairs it's always a pleasure to visit their business. Look no further. “I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“The employees were very helpful and pleasant. They told me where the waiting room was and offered me coffee. They asked what I would like done to the car. Suggested I use a better synthetic oil and checked all the bells and whistles. Fast and efficient and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Greatly improved since my last time there. One thing that went smoothly today. Nicely done!!!!”

“These dudes have been changing my oil on all my vehicles for the last 6 years, ever since I relocated back to IL from Colorado. HIGHLY recommend; they use high quality oil, filters, are family owned….and ran….& I just love Dakota & Danny ….johnny and the gang. They always check air pressure and fluids ; top off or fill whatever you need- they even sell and install Bosch wiper blades. They got the good stuff on lock! Beyond that need to go in…I also actually look forward to rolling in to get my oil changed …shooting the breeze with Dakota and the gang. Bet.”
“I had an audi a3 2015 try to fix my heater, while i took the car everywhere nobody had a solution to my car. I was a bit disappointed so i saw this location from reviews i took my car there as last hope. Mike (the owner) he was very professional and helpful guy. He helped me understand what was going on with my car and fixed it for me without any hesitation. The price was absolutely fare i believe he only charged me for the parts that he changed in the car. Thanks. To mike see my car running smoothly and perfectly back again. I recommend this place to everyone.”

“I always hated getting my oil changed at the dealership so when my warranty ran out I tried here. The staff is always so friendly and not pushy about extras. The location is great and I have never waited more than 20 minutes. Normally I have time to grab a coffee next door or pick up something at Menards and they are done by the time I am back .”
