“This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store & both experiences exceeded expectations! The first time, I was looking for a specific product. It was shown on their website, but currently out of stock (in the middle of the supply chain issues). I called to check when/if it would be back in stock and their communication was stellar! They let me know that it had been ordered and kept me apprised of subsequent delays.The second time I ordered (today), I was given the option of free local delivery as one of the shipping methods. The gift appeared at my door wrapped complimentary.Both experiences, the people who work here couldn’t be nicer; they truly understand the value of good customer service!”

“I had been recommended this store by 2 different friends when I mentioned having questions about certain stroller brands. There unfortunately isn’t a store super like this close to us (we went to Nordstrom & the worker there wasn’t super helpful). Came right before opening to purchase riftbound boxes and was able to get them for extremely reasonable prices. they had some supply issues but still allowed me and my friend to make the purchase. Brian even talked about other releases and their events being hosted every week.
