“2nd time using Fischer’s, they process beef for a farmer we buy from. They give us exactly the cuts we want, very well trimmed, great burger, great steaks, expert butchers. We drive over an hour to get there and it is more than worth it! Strongly recommended”
“Trenton Processing is always a great place to go. The staff is friendly and the food quality is great. I am just so sad the country style summer sausage was changed (or at least I assume it was). It's the only summer sausage, jerky, deer sausage, etc. that I have liked since I was a little kid. Definitely check Trenton Processing out. They are worth the price and have really great dog treats as well. I'm just sad about my childhood treat and felt the need to share.”

“I bought a whole bone-in ham for Christmas. It was amazing. My wife has never had a country ham. She's hooked. My family came over Christmas Eve, and Christmas day. It must have been really good, it's completely gone. The staff is alway friendly, and the smell of the old meat shop when you walk in, so good. I will be buying my Christmas ham here at Grantfork meats from here on out.”
