My internet was down for 3 days, when I called on Monday they told me it showed it was connected and there was a problem within my place. It wasn’t connected at all the light on the modem was red showing there was no connection. They declined to prorate my bill for being offline from Friday through Monday.

Absolutely love HCS. Fiber Internet is the future. I love that it is city ran and not a large monopoly Internet provider. I've never had a single issue with them as an Internet provider.
