“I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. We didn't do our homework and put ourselves in a bad situation. After calling T-mobile, they said to go to the Highland store and they could help us. They were right on point. Autumn was amazing. She knows her stuff and if she didn't she worked to find the answer. We were told our lost pone would take seven days to find, Autumn had an answer in five minutes. We didn't buy our phones there, but we were treated like we did, and that will definitely be bringing us back. She didn't even laugh too hard at our lack of technical knowledge and not being able to transfer the data from one phone to the other. Her boss, who I didn't get her name, was excellent also.”
“I called in to get information about upgrading and Morgan was extremely helpful! When I came in the manager Maggie was also extremely helpful & was able to get my phone upgraded! She was knowledgeable about different services/plans and stayed later to make sure everything had transferred over properly!
