Fed Ex is ridiculous to deal with. They did not follow delivery instructions and when asked to leave at a Walgreens pick up center by my house they did not.Then I was told I'd have to drive 40 minutes away to pick up package myself. People use UPS instead!

Leaving Illinois and needing a package. Keyiara (representative) at the Craig Place FedEx in Hillside, Illinois was extremely helpful coordinating our package getting delivered efficiently and safely.

Julie at this location is by the the best employee I have ever dealt with at any Fedex location let alone hillside. Amazing customer service, and always does her best to make the customer happy.
