“I absolutely love going to this location, everyone is always so nice and helpful. They always greet me and everyone who walks in the door. Everytime I go, usually in the evening they are busy, busy BUT they are always patient and help everyone with a smile.
The other day I went in to return a few amazon items and when I mean a few it was probably about 10. I was going to do it myself even though there wasnt anyone else waiting to be helped in the store. I just felt bad it was that many items. CHAD greeted me when I walked in and I told him I had a lot of things that I would do the return myself and if I needed help i would let him know. He saw how many things I had and he did not hesitate to help me. He said not to worry that he could take care of it. Honestly that was very kind of him. He took his time and made sure everything was seperated and scanned appropriately. I really appreciated all his help. It probably would've taken me 2x the amount of time it took him to do the return process.
I have moved house since, but I will still continue to return to this location if and whenever I need their assistance. They are an amazing staff.

“This is the second year in a row that I have used SpeedPro Windy City on the windows at Morgan Manufacturing for the MenuMasters Awards Celebration. They are pleasant, responsive, reliable and professional throughout the entire production process. Their installations are pristine. This year they even took the initiative to install the window graphics a day early. What a pleasant surprise it was to pull up in an Uber Saturday morning to see the windows already completed. I am definitely planning to use Speedpro Windy City next year.

I first got a few custom t-shirts in 2018 that I am still wearing almost on a weekly basis now in 2026 and they have held up better than I expected despite hundreds of washes. “UPDATE to my previous review: Still a 5 star review!!!! New owner Ximena, her graphic designer Christina and their whole team continue the excellent work! I used them again for our Gatsby Gala charity event recently...they went above and beyond (even reprinting our program on very short notice - MY ERROR-WOW). Everyone at our event thought all our signage was just gorgeous. Can't thank them enough for all the hard work for The Infant Welfare Society! Our event was a HUGE success!!!
Kim, Doug and the team at Minuteman ARE AMAZING! Our charity: The Infant Welfare Society just had a fundraiser and we used them for everything from our programs, to 2 separate inserts for the programs, large foam core easels for guest sign up, large foam core easels for our sponsor lists, a new banner and more! The graphic designer - Christina- did an amazing job getting it all to look TERRIFIC on each of the pieces! We had a tight time frame and they all worked to make it happen for us! Matt with design pinpointed the design that we were looking for and even recommended certain aspects that I have missed. He truly has a gift and an eye for this.
The entire team was amazing to deal with for both vehicles.
Material they use is high quality and nice. The other vehicle has been wrapped for a long time now and it looks just as if they just done it.
Now price. They pricing is fantastic. I did shop around and they offered the best rates and warranty for the work. Another key aspect for me was turn around time. In and out. And quality work.
Definitely going to keep bringing more of our vehicles here and continue working with them. Not only on our vehicles. But also the other products they offer like the signs and banners
