Tim (custom framing manager) is great! He helped us out on a few occasions and we've been pleased with all of our custom frames. The turnaround time can be longer whenever there are 70% off coupons for custom framings, but our frames have been completed before the deadline.

Came in looking for copper ribbon for the guest gift bags for my wedding, and they had it! Kind of a niche item, so it was great that it was here! This is the go-to place for any crafty materials you need, though I'll admit it is difficult to find things in such an expansive warehouse of art supplies!
