“Brought my newly adopted hospice pup to Gigi's for his first ever grooming. He was in bad need of a proper shower and cut & came to us after surgeries so parts of him were shaved. He has trauma issues and is blind. The girls at Gigi's took him in with such care and loved him. They took their time with him and he came out to me looking so handsome and at ease. Very happy”

“I want to give praise to Bentley's Pet Stuff in Downers Grove. Especially to Robert & Heather they are amazing. They have helped Vanilla Bean. I got vanilla July 17th 2022 and she had issues not wanting to eat or drink much. Robert & Heather have went out of their way. To help me get food to try to get her to eat she would eat it once or twice and that would be the end of it. I would make regular trips up there once a week. And nobody can tell us anything at the vets. We took her to the vet several times two different vets to try to find out what was wrong. Nobody can tell me what was wrong. Finally October 3rd 2023 we finally figured out what was wrong it was something calcified in her stomach. Surgery was emergency for Vanilla. Vanilla is a picky eater still but she's at least eating three to four times a day. I still go to Bentley's on a weekly basis to see if I could find something that she will eat. It's become costly with the surgery as well as trying to find a food that she will eat. Thank youRobert & Heather at Bentley's pet stuff in Downers Grove”

“I’ve been a loyal member here for years and I usually have amazing experiences, but my mom brought my dog in today for his 11th birthday and did not have the experience.My mom mentioned it was his birthday and bought him treats, but the girl helping her did not seem interested in the slightest and was anything but helpful. “We have two Persian/Ragdoll cats who we get groomed with a “lion cut” 3-4 times a year. First, not many groomers even offer cat grooming and lion cuts. VIP is so great with them, they are quick and make the process very easy. One of my cats is on anxiety medication and even he has no problem with getting groomed at VIP. Highly recommend!”

“Groomers at What The Fluff are AWESOME! Most definitely recommend. I have a 150 lb mastiff and he's been there twice now. First time for a bath and nails, now again for nails. Lets say he loves baths, but isnt very "cooperative" (to say the least) when it comes to his nails. They got the job done when I couldn't.Hes going in for a bath next week and setting up regular appointments with them for the future. Ive found our groomers!”
