Have been bringing my dog here for nail trims. On the last visit he was injured, no one told me. When they gave him back to me I could tell something was wrong as he didn't want to walk and refused to jump as he usually does back in my car. By that evening he lost function of his back legs. The vet diagnosed a pinched nerve. We called Petco to report this and ask for an investigation and our complaints were dismissed. I called again a week later and finally spoke to the groomer Armando to ask what happened. He admitted to pulling on my dogs legs to get the right angle. This should never be done. You don't pull, you get help. We asked for a manager and the manager was dismissive saying that we waited a week, even though this was the second call. They're pulling on dogs legs which can easily lead to injuries. Our dog was hurt while in their care and he may never fully recover.

Very poor customer service. As a new dog owner I was excited about purchasing some items for my new puppy. But these two ladies at this location were just rude and didn't care. My first and last time shopping at petco. 1/24/24 5:30PM

Ordered online but actually made it to the the store before it was pulled.. the cashier pulled it and completed the with no problem or hesitation.. very polite and courteous

Armando is a Master groomer and is the absolute BEST!! He takes care of both my breeds very well that can be difficult. He truly cares and that’s why I keep returning!!

If I could do ZERO I would!!! Worst customer service. If it is not one thing with management it is another. I arrived 12 mins early to drop off my two dogs for their 10am appt because they always drag to check in and making me late and now apparently they can’t check in pets until groomer arrives for their shift. What kind of obscured policy is that?!! I pleaded to please work with me as I needed to get to work and I couldn’t wait 10-15 mins after 10am to check them in, they see me struggling with two dogs, and my toddler not even then would the grooming manager make an exception. You’d think if I’m bringing in my two dogs it would mean that they have space to place them in, right?!?

The ferrets cage was literally filthy and filled with flies. I asked one employee and she said they clean is once again and that they’re “messy animals”. I asked another employee and she seemed annoyed that I was bringing it up again. In the pictures you can see the pile of feces in the corner as well as one of the multiple flies inside of the cage with the animal. I’ve been coming to this store since it opened i’ve never seen a cage like that left in that condition.

I came here to pick up a Doordash order. The place and employees were generally really nice, but the manager was pretty rude and condescending towards me when trying to pick up the items. He scolded me while on the phone for picking them up without his approval when an employee told me to do so. Yikes.
