“Shabbir and Chris were awesome to work with. They came through on a last-minute project and helped me get an important launch set together for my business when I was in a serious time crunch. They were responsive, professional, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about getting everything done right. It’s hard to find people who are willing to jump in and help when the timeline is tight, and they absolutely delivered. Great people, great service, and a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be working with them again and would highly recommend Shabbir and Chris to anyone looking for a reliable team that goes above and beyond.”

“Working with Thatcher Oaks has been seamless. I reached out and they sent a guy the next day to look at the awning and produce a quote. They were very efficient in producing the awning and getting it installed. It looks great!”

“These guys are the BEST! I have been working with them for many years. Their communications, turn around time and pricing can’t be matched. No need to look anywhere else!”

“The team at Osio-Brown Editions makes awesome digital images of my artwork for reproductions and merch on my website. I love the 8 x10 proof prints that you get with each artwork that is photographed and the care and handling of my originals. The first time I used their services was about 10 years ago and they were awesome back then. I recently used them to photograph more art and get a few giclee prints for my family. The finished qualities of the prints and the digital image files were stunning. Adam and his crew know exactly what us picky artists require and expect of the finished product and services that we purchase with our hard earned money. You can check out my webpage to see the proof of their digital image professionalism. Dave Ogorzaly ~ ogres-alley.com”

“I needed something unusual done, called a few local places who could not help me. When I called The Blueprint Shop, Josh was happy to help me, and at a very reasonable price! Will definitely return here again for additional projects.”

“George and Evan were super helpful. I had a last-minute print job I needed to get out. They helped me with the setup, let me use their paper cutter, and stayed a little bit late just so I could complete it on time. George and Evan, thank you so much. I really appreciate it.”

“I have no clue how this store has a 3.9 that’s not representative of the store at all. They go above and beyond with instantaneous service to all customers and manage problems with systems or bottlenecks like it’s nothing. I’ve had bad experiences before with UPS stores but this completely changes my opinion on them forever. They’ve earned me, my companies, my friends, my wife and families business for life. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! For some context: I had recently gotten my car stolen while on a trip in Wisconsin. They had given me a call that my car was in their tow lot but needed a notarized letter. I live in villa park and called 2 other UPS stores, one didn’t even have a notary there and the other had no clue what he was doing. I then called this UPS store and Julie Wagner THE GOAT helped me even before I got into the store. She helped me create the proper paperwork for her to notarize and answered 2-3 phone calls when I had a new question for her. She was so kind and calm over the phone my hectic day was already getting better before I arrived. Then once I’m there they walk me through the whole process of printing and notarizing. I then had issues with my ID and she worked diligently and to the absolute best of her ability to help me. Even when I had an error in the paperwork and had to come back she still helped me out. I’m only writing this review because of the great team at this store. I see the owner responds to these and I hope the message is relayed to the notarizer at this UPS store Julie Wagner. Whatever you’re paying her it evidently isn’t enough and she should get a raise or a bonus or something.”
