“Best tire shop in Chicagoland bar none. Sure, you could save $20 and buy cheaper somewhere else. But why risk getting cheap tires from unskilled technicians who don’t know how to properly balance a tire and then use an impact wrench to tighten your lug nuts causing your alloy rims to be distorted? Where’s your $20 savings now? Seriously. I’ve had that happen. Don’t let it happen to you. Go to DuPage. Best tire shop around! Honest and knowledgeable experts.”

“We have serviced all of our vehicles at Benak for more than a decade… we could not be more pleased with them! Kevin and team have diagnosed tricky problems and been honest when a problem didn’t really need a pricey fix… in fact, Kevin even inspected a used car and advised us pre-purchase. Benak is just an amazingly honest and fair hometown business!!”

“Very quick and reliable service provided by Israel for the tow I needed. Within 15 minutes of calling he already showed up to start the service with his flatbed tow truck. Made sure the car was secured before departing to the destination. Once the tow was completed he had texted me that everything went well and proceeded to payment for his service. Would recommend IVM Towing! Have been using IVM Towing for a few years already and still am satisfied til today in 2026!”

“Had a great experience at this auto repair shop. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. The service area was very clean and well maintained. What really stood out was how transparent they were throughout the repair process. They sent pictures and videos showing exactly what the issue was, explained everything clearly, and provided real-time estimates and updates so there were no surprises. It’s hard to find a shop this honest and communicative these days. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy auto repairs!”

“A Tale of Two Shops – just one example of how great Nofsinger’s has been over the years, as Dave is always quick to consult or scan my cars even when busy, and has always been more than reasonable. Using technology many independent shops lack, Dave diagnosed my intermittent airbag light as a failing clock spring and then determined that Hyundai had a problem with the part so I might be able to get it repaired free at a dealership. No charge from Dave. Sure enough, I found a technical service bulletin and an extension of the warranty to 15 years. This should be the end of the story, but you can always count on dealers to make Nofsinger’s look good. I booked a service appointment at a dealership in Villa Park (also reviewed) and insisted that they have the part in stock by the time I came so I wouldn’t have to go twice. Short version: They didn’t have the part but didn’t tell me until I’d been there 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change I’d added and an open recall (underbody treatment) I’d agreed to only because I thought I was getting it all over with at once. On top of that, the service writer told me the job would cost $700 when the part came in. Gee, I wonder where dealers get their bad reputations? After I pushed back, he scurried off to a manager and then returned to confirm there would be no charge, but there was never anything close to an apology. I never went back. I got the part for $27 and installed it myself literally in 20 minutes. If I’d gone back to Nofsinger’s (where they’re always patient with my DIY endeavors), I guarantee it wouldn’t have cost $700. Or $200. They can do way more than you think, and if they can’t, they admit it.”

“I had an excellent experience with this towing and engine repair service. From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver handled my vehicle with great care. The repair work was just as impressive. They clearly explained what was wrong with my engine, walked me through my options, and completed the job in a timely manner. No surprises, no hidden fees—just honest, quality service. It’s hard to find a place you can fully trust with both towing and repairs, but this team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and efficient service! Highly recommended 10/10.?”

“Honest and fair. Brought car in for brake repair and asked them to look the whole car over to let me know what else might need fixing as I am coming up on 100k miles. They called and said only the brakes need fixing, which they did that day at a fair price. This is the second time I have had this kind of positive experience with them. Highly recommend.”

“No one likes it when paying for maintenance and repairs, but Elmhurst Auto Care is the place to bring your vehicle. Everyone there are always pleasant. Fair price, excellent work. Always OEM parts when possible (my truck is old) but quality aftermarket when OEM isn't available and they stand behind their work. I don't take either one of my vehicles anywhere else and recommendall to all my friends and relatives to take their vehicles there too.”

“Thoroughly impressed. The work was flawless. They also addressed a bunch of things that were not in the scope of the repair and did not charge (parking sensor that fell into the bumper years ago they put back in). When they returned the car it was cleaner than the day I bought it. This shop truly went above and beyond.”
