I had an excellent experience with the branch manager, Lissette, who greeted me when I arrived and took care of me in an expeditious and professional manner. “I had to drive quite a bit because this is the closest branch to me. It was well worth it. The building is under construction, so space is limited, but the customer service and community made the experience a great one. I felt welcomed. The tellers were smiling and joking with customers. Extremely knowledgeable. The customers were in good spirits. There was this young lady (customer) passing out little suckers and fist bumping other customers. It was precious. It felt like being around family. The manager (I’m assuming) was knowledgeable. He didn’t assist me, but I saw him assisting others and transitioning from the drive through to the lobby. The young ladies were so polite and friendly. I honestly could have stayed in the lobby just for the atmosphere. I just walked out with a smile on my face. In this day and age, great customer service is RARE. Service was quick even with long lines. Kudos to this team. Keep up the great work. Keep thriving and continue being the beautiful souls that you are.”
