Very bad medical environment, irresponsible medical staff, not helping patients save money, charging excessively, and extremely poor service attitude...very bad service?

Lab did not open on time. I left after 30 minutes. The woman did not have the key to open it and there were at least a dozen people waiting.

Don't open on time, make people wait in the lobby, supposed to open at 7 and here is a lobby full of people waiting and have other places to be too. My time is valuable as well
